We believe that this turnkey approach can save the project as much as 6‐9 months in project development time and significantly reduce the over‐all cost of any project. Through our partner relationships as well as other key strategic alliances we have formed we have been able to engage in a strategic dialogue around a project’s  infrastructure needs.

We have also explored creative capital solutions for several universities, including monetization of media rights, sale of captive power plants with long‐term supply agreements and the monetization of other assets not essential to the educational mission.
