Can close in as few as 10 -15 business days - typical time to close depends upon the efficient flow of requested documentation and average time to close may vary. LOW LTV loans will qualify for faster closings in many cases.

Loan size $1mm - $50mm. Slightly less or more on a case by case basis.
 
Term sheets are usually issued within 48 hours of receipt of submission documents.
 
All lenders will require a due diligence deposit with remainder applied to the legal or loan.
