100 percent funding NNN development
We work with a private investor who offers 100% funding for NNN developments if pre leased to a credit rated "household name" tenant.
Because this is a private loan program there are exceptions that can be made on a case by case basis but the only property types considered will be NEW NNN developments and / or TI costs for NNN rehab, or upgrade.
