Program R:
 
This program provides equity financing for large-scale development projects that require a joint venture partner.
 
Deal size:  $1mm - $10mm
 
JV partner will be looking to exit 12 months after the Certificate of Occupancy is established.
 
Exit strategy for the jv partner is for the borrower to refinance them out or look to take profits from the sale once the building is built.
 
Program provides a consistent equity partner for a developer who wants to build multiple projects.
 
Examples of the types of properties our lender is looking to provide JV equity on are Walgreens, CVS,  Autozone, Advance Auto, Sherwin Williams, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Bank branch locations, and National Corporate Operated Brand Restaurants.
