Program provides a consistent equity partner for a developer who wants to build multiple projects. Examples of the types of properties our lender is looking to provide JV equity on are Walgreens, CVS, Autozone, Advance Auto, Sherwin Williams, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Bank branch locations, and National Corporate Operated Brand Restaurants.
