With above application docs we will also require 3 years I&E and P&L, interior and exterior digital photos, LOE for any derogs, Tri-Merge credit report, 3 years to current tax returns, and please detail any time constraints.
We may require BOV with comps and demos. This may or may not substitute for an appraisal depending upon individual lender requirements. If an appraisal was performed within the past 6 months please submit with application.
