This is an MSA, property type and asset based loan. Exit plan is critical.
Note: we can facilitate most exits (permanent financing) after stabilization.)

EVERY LOAN SCENARIO IS UNIQUE
- generally speaking the client sends a loan request ( do NOT send large volumes of data initially. No one will read that at this early stage. We only require our one page application and a PFS and tri merge for whomever will be executing loan docs to initiate the funding process. If a submitted loan scenario is deemed viable further documentation will be requested and s a conference call to introduce lending principal to borrower principal.
 
They may also require 3 years I&E and P&L, interior and exterior digital photos, LOE for any derogs,
Tri-Merge credit report, 3 years to current tax returns,5 year projections, and please detail any time constraints. IE: They just care about your ability to repay the loan.

If interest is expressed in your loan scenario, we will arrange site visit and face to face discussion and probable commitment if viable.

 
We may require BOV with comps and demos. This may or may not substitute for an appraisal depending upon individual lender requirements. If an appraisal was performed within the past 6 months please submit with application.
